On March 14, 2022, HollyFrontier Corporation (“HollyFrontier”) announced the establishment of HF Sinclair Corporation (“HF Sinclair”) as the new parent holding company of HollyFrontier and its subsidiaries in connection with the completion of its acquisition of Sinclair Oil Corporation (now known as Sinclair Oil LLC).
